My intent with this system is to attempt to reproduce the audible qualities of live music in the comfort of home. Granted this approach does filter out the sound of the screaming groupies, ambient smoke from recreational pharmaceutical products & the strobe lights on stage that could easily induce seizures.

Still think I'm recovering from the aircraft landing lights they used on the last Pink Floyd tour. So it goes.

Some compromise was required in terms of system placement -- as the main system is located in a shared living space.

In the end it greatly helped that the various designer's priorities are aligned with mine -- enjoying music & having fun doing it.

To my ears the result of this investment is a highly musical system that works well with our diverse taste in music. Cheers.
