I have two Shunyata Venom outlets at the wall, unfortunately I do not have a dedicated line to these. That is the number one priority in my audio future. The outdated mains panel is only maybe 15 or 20 feet from the outlets feeding the system. I still have the old style fuse box with round circuit breakers. The Ayre V-3 amp goes to one outlet, nothing else is plugged into that outlet. The other outlet feeds an Audio Power wedge, with the PSE preamp and the Pioneer SACD player plugged into it. The SACD player is on Mobile Fidelity rollerballs, all other equipment and speaker cables are resting on Ayre wooden cubes. The listening room dimensions are 7 ft 2 in ceiling height, room depth 17 ft, and the Magnepans are placed along the room width which is 13 ft. The Magnepans are positioned according to the "Golden Ratio" formula as shown at the Cardas website. This makes a significant difference. Listening is done in 2 channel only. Someday I would like to buy an Ayre SACD player and Magnepan 3.6's, always fun to dream.
