If you have a Mac Mini, why would you need an Apple TV? Just curious as I'm running Mac Mini via optical out to TOSLINK into my Lavry.

Mike, I would think that you have the option to run optical out or USB to your PS Audio DAC.

Hello there Mitch. I plan on getting a mac mini and was wondering what is the best way to hook up the audio for best sound? And yes I do have a dac(ps audio dac III).

Nice setup Mitch. I need to go hard drive based one of these days. Definitely the future. I heard the PL-100's recently and I was impressed.
