What amp are you driving the Thiels with. There is none listed in your equipment list although you mention the GamuT brand-name in your text.
You might use sound anchor stands for your Thiels and if you can tilt the speakers back it should add a little fullness to the midbass.
Maybe try a different power amp. I use Sim Audio Moon W-5 in a passive preamp setup to drive my Thiel CS2.3. It has excellent dynamic control, all the transparency I could hope for and probably more warmth than GamuT although I have not had the opportunity to hear the two amps in side-by-side comparison.
