i picked these up at my local goodwill for 49.99. they appear to be a high quality kit, they look like transmisson line design and sound fantastic

i have owned many speakers including ohm walsh F,original ar 9, klipschorn, jbl L300,ess amt1

these are right up there with them

can anyone tell me who makes these?

Looks like you need some new dust caps for those woofers, though the foam surrounds look fine. I'd replace them with the original paper type and not poly. Find a replacement that is as close to the existing dust cap size as possible. You can install them using white school glue from any store that sells school supplies - typical "black" speaker glue is just the same sort of PVA-based glue with a rubberizing additive and black pigment.
