Thank you mcjmt. The integrated is on the shelf in the office behind the wall. 
IR emitters of course feeds extender at the bottom of the tv for control of all devices. The TV receives two feeds - digital cable via HDMI and ethernet. I bring up all of the apps on the TV. All audio leaves the TV via PCM 2.0 to the AVM and it feeds the PMC speakers. Watching youtube concerts is as much fun as the main system.

Your completed built-in system looks wonderful. I like the bass that can be achieved w/ transmission-line speaker design, and never was aware of an in-wall speaker using it...very nice indeed. Where is you amp hidden? How do you integrate your TV and apps with it?
