Zanden Audio 8120

For sale is my beloved Zanden 8120 power amp. It doesn’t simply play music but injects life into it. Paired with the matching preamp (listed separately) the combination is drop dead gorgeous both sonically and physically. Several reviews can be found by searching the model numbers. I am the original owner after taking delivery after the CES show in 2015. The hours on this are low given its age. Having been used primarily on weekends for short periods. The amp was upgraded at the Zanden factory in August 2023. At which time the amp was calibrated to full specifications. Since that time I have moved to a SET setup, hence the sale listed here. All tubes are new with less than 30 hours on them. It has the optional XLR INPUTS a $2,000 option. If you are looking for an ultra high end bargain (as described in a review) this is your chance to own a truly wonderful piece of audio gear. The top cover is mirror finished stainless which shows very light scratches that are consistent with the age of the unit. Front and back are flawless.
