Every record in this collection is either sealed, or in Mint/Mint- condition. The open records were played once or not at all on high end equipment, and ultrasonically cleaned if played. The only notable Mint- is the jacket for J.R. Monterose, there is a very light corner crease from shipping (the imgur link shows it in detail). Everything is sleeved in high quality media.

I am listing the collection for a lot less than the "Medium" appraisal value from Discogs. The appraisal values from Discogs are as follows:
