This amp bested everything I tried under $18K retail in my system.
Their patented feed-forward correction completely eliminates crossover distortion and high-order THD products, making this the only A/AB solid-state amp I know of outside of DartZeel and D'Agostino that is as smooth (or smoother) than the best SE tube amps.
I bought this unit from The Music Room last year. The packing is not factory - their custom foam inserts and triple-boxing are probably better than the factory packing.
$100 flat shipping in the CONUS (it'll cost me more than that).
P.S. The other Hegel H20 listed here now is priced at $5500.
