These are a pair of the Crites “copper edition” crossovers for the Klipsch KLF-10.
I bought them to rebuild a KLF-10, but decided to rebuild them as Klf-20’s.
Excerpted from the Crites website, paraphrased to get to the point:
This is a new KLF-10 crossover to replace the original. It is built with the same circuit design as the original, but uses higher quality parts.
Copper Edition with Mylar/Polyester capacitors and excellent quality inductors sourced from Erse.
Each of these network levels will provide excellent improvement over the original stock crossovers with each level gaining further improvement and refinement in technical quality and sound quality of the network.
