PS Audio BHK Signature Preamp - Black - One Owner

Hello my fellow afflicted audio enthusiasts.  We are moving homes and I am losing my dedicated listening room.  As a result, I'm downsizing the gear in my main rig.  I have four excellent PS Audio components for sale in separate auctions (Direct Stream DAC (now sold) with streaming Bridge, BHK Pre-Amp, Powerplant 12 (sine wave regenerator), and a PerfectWave AC12 Power Cable.  I am also selling these on other forums, so I could end the auctions early if they sell elsewhere.


This listing is for the BHK Signature Preamp.  Between VG and EX.  This is usually considered to the be the King (no pun intended - BHK stands for Bascom H King) of the PS Audio components.  Purchased in August 2020 from Upscale Audio.  I replaced the tubes earlier this year.  I only learned recently there is a tube hours clock that can be reset.  I have not done this, so that clock will show the hours of all these tubes I've used in the BHK...  the latest tubes have an estimated 200 hours.  Complete with remote, power cable, and owners manual.  

Small note, it's missing the four feet.  It's designed to nest on top of the Direct Stream DAC, which it does perfectly.  I unfortunately misplaced the feet.  I'm certain PS Audio can relace these for or you you aren't nesting it.  The feet are cheap little things that most of us would upgrade anyway with improved isolation.  They attach via a simple screw in the base.

Grab a bargain.  Will ship double boxed in the original packaging.  Please note I use an APO to ship via USPS Priority Mail. Maxxing out the insurance at the $2500 cap will cost me between $100-$150, but I'm only charging a flat $65.  If you are in Hawaii or Alaska, I may have to charge more.
