This gryphon essence amp is full class A and an amazing demonstration of speed and beauty. I also have the essence preamp if someone wants the combo. I think this essence class redefined music from gryphon and it sounded better than their older more expensive lines. My friends in the business says my system will compete with systems that cost 5 times the money i have invested and I think the essence is a big part of that.
