20" x 24" x 10" high (with cone spikes) solid steel frame and 2" of oak base. This thing is no joke and was state of the art in amp stands back in the day and probably still out performs 90% of what's on the market today. In all transparency, the feet of my amp made circles in the finish of the top, but you can see in the pics that they're not obvious.
