I am the original owner.  Purchased from authorized company (Dreamedia). Zero issues.  One small hairline scratch on front right.  It was only noticed once I moved the unit into a bright room with windows for pics. Never knew it was there when it was in my rack. Used in a dedicated home theater.  Smoke free and pet free environment. Everything functions as it should.  Selling since I am reconfiguring my theater.  Cooling fan used on top of the unit to ensure proper ventilation.  This is an awesome performing AV Processor.  Includes original factory box, manuals, remote, Audyssey mic, antennas, etc.
