Audio Research M100 Monobloc Tube Amplifier Pair

We have for sale: A pair of Audio Research M100 tube amps, which are Vintage in age, rated at 100 watts continuous.  We took these in on trade from a customer who purchased D'Agostino M-400 Amps, Wilson Audio Sabrina X's, and a dCS Rossini.  So they were very well taken care of.

We chose condition 8/10, though one might say it looks better than that.

We listened to them in our showroom with the legendary Audio Research SP-11 hybrid tube/FET 2 piece preamp (which is now sold, but came with the M-100’s from a customer trade-in), and connected them to Wilson Audio Sabrina X’s, and they have nice non muddy base extnsion, deep soundstaging, excellent imaging, and dynamics that is simply, classic Audio Research sound.   But they are heavy to pickup
 

These amps have speaker taps for 4, 8, 16 ohms. They are full vacuum tube amps NOT hybrids. Each amp contains 5  6550 tubes, 1 12AT7 tube, 2 6DJ8 tubes and 5 7044 tubes. Both amps are in excellent condition both electrically and cosmetically. Included are the original factory shipping boxes, (though a little crusty if you will) We have a PDF digital owners manual and PDF Schematic guide. We are selling them AS IS with No warranty. We can double box if needed to ship.

They can also be picked up in our showroom in Melbourne, Florida.

For an Audiophile that would like to get into Audio Research, this could be a nice way to start.
