Glad to see another hard-core Legacy fan (check out my system). Like Chad, I'd say get the Focus on spikes or better yet remove the inexpensive plastic rails and spikes altogether and put them up on Black Diamond Racking Jumbo Super Pucks (4 per speaker). I found this made a very nice improvement for my Focus 20/20's and am about to take the rails off my new Focus HD's.

Another massive sound improvement I found is when I went to shotgun biwire with the Focus 20/20's and later the HDs. This is true even without bi-amping. The Foci seem to really love having alot of good quality copper driving them and having separate lines running in for bass vs mid/treble once you take off the factory-supplied copper straps between the terminals.
