My wife and I finally downsized to a condo, and I got to have a proper man-cave. It is smaller than my previous basement, so I had to sell my Zu Dirty Weekends for something more compact (and neighbor friendly). I settled for KEF LS-50 Metas, along with the KC-62 subwoofer. I recently upgraded to the new BlueSound POWERNODE N331 streamer amp, and added a Polk Audio TL-1 center channel.
I like the vibe of the room. The art work is a wonderful companion to the listening experience.
When I think of the inevitable downsizing before my time on earth is through, I imagine something like this. Comfy room, small, very competent components, streamer-centric. I have the KEF KC-92 sub, and have heard the remarkable version you have, and I'm sure your space is filled with all the notes.
