The most worrisome aspect about buying any heavy piece of used audio equipment is shipping. Fedex and UPS move so many packages that they are often careless and end up damaging the equipment. This is especially true for a 130 pound piece of legendary Dan D’Agostino history like the Krell FPB 300cx. And it is here that sets TBAZAUDIO apart from other sellers. Its not that other sellers wont pack it well, but Tony and company really go the extra mile to ensure your purchase arrives safely and unharmed. They built a solid plywood crate, that encapsulates the equipment like a tomb, rather than using double boxes out of cardboard. When it arrived, it was perfect. Tbazaudio earns and deserves all the positive feedback they’ve received, including and especially this review. They are proud of their solid business practices as they should be. Their commitment and communication is excellent. It was so good, that I was worried that they might be trying to pull a fast one over me because I wasnt used to such over commitment. But, when the amplifier arrived in the absolute mint condition they described and sounded as beautiful as I imagined it would, I realized my reaction was simply my own pessimism. Tbazudio is a shining example of what makes the audiogon community so wonderful for audiophiles. People are honest. Sell and deliver what they promise. And Tony and company over promise and over deliver. I cannot recommend them enough.
