After earning a masters degree in music from the University of Illinois I started my lifelong career in high end audio in 1977. I worked at the renowned Jonas Miller Sound in Beverly Hills, CA for 3 years. Then I founded an independent manufacturer's representative company specializing some of the world's finest audio gear: Audio Research, Martin Logan, Oracle, Moon Audio, Meridian Audio, Transparent Audio and Nordost among the many brands. In 1981 I co-founded Nitty Gritty Record Care Products which revolutionized the method of cleaning and preserving LP's. I started selling used high end gear on Audiogon in 2000 where I continue my commitment to offer the best gear at the best prices for discerning audiophiles around the globe.
