USA Audio and Paul are fantastic! This was a great transaction, easy, secure and very confidence inspiring. I always felt well cared for and informed. The staff at USA Audio are prompt and professional and made this a seamless purchase. The amp arrived on time and undamaged. They did everything they said they would do exactly the way they said they would do it. And the amp is superb! I thought I was upgrading but it is so much more than that. The build quality is Porsche perfect and the finish is beautiful w/o a single scratch on it. The shipping box was a thing of sturdy, confidence building beauty and and that told a tale of things to come. The remote is so stout and sturdy it could be used as a weapon and it works perfectly. The instructions are easy to follow and very logical. Just remember to make sure you know where the power switch is. I thought I was just getting a heavy amp but when my spouse says let's spend an evening listening to music because the amp is so beautiful and sounds so fantastic I know I have a winner.
