He was patient and honorable in helping me fix them. And also patient in shipping the unit to me. I am not usually a difficult customer, but sometimes things conspire to muck up the wheels. Gene sailed through all of them as the perfect gentleman. I received the unit and it is in perfect condition, and is already exceeding my sonic expectations. I would buy from audio2cool/Gene again in a second. He is a serious asset to the Audiogon community.
