Wow, what a service and value! David professionally packed the original box in an outer box and shipped it via FedEx from Strovolos, Cyprus, to Austin, Texas. The unit was handled 33 times throughout the journey and remained in mint condition. Anyone shipping to the US will need to request a 5106 customs form. FedEx will provide the form once your package arrives at the central clearing hub in Memphis, TN. When David sends the package, it will include all the necessary codes for customs clearance. Once you receive the tracking number for David track the package, once you arrive in Memphis contact FedEx International Shipments and request your authorized customs broker and request From 5106 and stay on the phone with our agent support staff to go through the DocuSign form which takes less than five minutes, if not, it may take you hours to complete and have to call FedEx anyway. I was informed that I would receive a call or email from FedEx to make payment arrangements for taxes, fees, VAT, duties, and invoices. FedEx never approached me until the package arrived at my front door for signature. Even though I purchased the unit for David on March 23rd, and he arrived in the US on March 27th, I was not charged any additional fees. I saved over $1,300. Please don't wait to clear customs like I did. I would use the product codes David provided and the AI platform (such as ChatGPT), along with the shipping instructions from Strovolos, Cyprus, to your location. I would then ask the platform to calculate the additional costs for taxes, fees, VAT, duties, and invoices. You'll get an excellent estimate of your total cost.
