Von Schweikert Audio VR-4jr Full Range Speakers, African Hazelwood

I bought these speakers new about 12 years ago for $3,995.  Since then they have become a highly sought after speaker - big, full range sound in a fairly small package.  Sonically the speakers are in excellent condition - sound great with no nicks or dents on speakers.  Cosmetically there are quite a few scratches, primarily on the top of the bottom module of  both speakers (see photos); thus the rating of 5.  However, with the top module is in place, most of the scratches are covered and out of sight.  2 seven inch woofers, 1 seven inch mid-range speaker, 1 one inch tweeter and 1 one inch rear firing speaker.  Frequency response: 23 Hz to 20 kHz. 38.5” H, 8” W, 20” D.  78 lbs each. Full specs can be found within the reviews of the speakers online, and the reviews are uniformly excellent.  I am selling only because I am downsizing system.  I have original wooden crates and packaging.   This is your chance to buy a classic speaker at a bargain price.
