This is an opportunity to own a unique turntable imagined well before its time. This 795B as been renewed over the past two years with craftsmen intimately familiar with its operation. The 795B offers tangential tracking. The cartridge is aligned for the cartridge to meet the vinyl at 90 degrees. That eliminates the need for an anti-skating device.The turntable plinth  has been totally redesigned with a bronze-like color . There is an almost 3-d like texture to the NEW finish on the base. The tonearm has been upgraded with new cables. The amp to the 2 RCA outputs to your amp or preamp.At least 7 of the capacitors have been replaced along with the red LED that shows power and speed. The cartridge is a Pearl by Sukimo. I’ve learned the tonearm mechanism can only handle a specific type of cartridge. That’s because of how the cartridge has to be mounted. The tonearm assembly has been rebuilt, cleaned and adjusted. All of the mechanical functions of the tonearm have been restored. You will notice a small light on while the cartridge is being moved left and right across the vinyl. Once the cartridge is lowered, the light goes out.The dust cover has only minor scratches.
