I feel this piece is a 10 but rated it a 9 to be on the safe side. I live in a really rural area with few options to sell locally. moved 4 years ago and left box as had no space to store it...68 and health issues (I just can't move it around on a whim, at 72 pounds it's for someone younger). I am also loathe to ship w/out the box. Solution? I am financially comfortable and don't need to squeeze every dime out of this sale, This will reflect as a decent savings for the buyer, I will be glad to demo at my home! I live south of I-64 just 2 miles off I-57 in Illinois 100 miles from St. Louis as an incentive to overcome these hurdles I will sell for $3400, no less! This I believe is quite a deal.
