Weighing in at 145lbs (180lbs packaged), the Krell KSA-i400 Stereo Power Amplifier is a titan of clean power, pushing 400W RMS at 8ohms, 800W RMS at 4ohms and 1600W RMS at 2ohms. Exhibiting true Class A design and capability, this amplifier can drive virtually any full range or bookshelf speaker, including 1ohm speakers. With Krell’s proprietary iBias, XD, and Sym-Max technologies onboard, the KSA-i400 delivers detailed sound against the blackest of backgrounds. The KSA-i400 stereo power amplifier has two single ended RCA and balanced XLR inputs, one RJ45 Ethernet port, one 12v trigger input, and two sets of gold-plated output binding posts around the back which support both terminated spade and banana speaker cable ends.
This power amplifier, and several compatible preamplifiers are available for in-person auditioning at the Surround Sounds Inc. brick-and-mortar location in Exton, PA.
