Questions for the seller |
---|
With room treatments, my room is 12 ft wide and 29 ft long with the voltage ceiling up to 10 or 11 ft, and a rarely listen to SPL levels above 87 decibels. With that information, coupled with the forearm load on a 91 DB sensitive loudspeaker, how many watts would be required to drive them to that 87 DB SPL? We have Tannoy loudspeakers here that are 92db efficient and they sound great together. That being said, there are other speakers that are the same efficiency and impedance, but it does not work well. It is more of a synergy than a formula. I think you will be fine, but I cannot say with 100 % confidence because I don't know those speakers. |
I own a pair of Clayton Shaw's (when he owned Spatial Audio) X4 ULTRA TOL loudspeakers which are rated with a sensitivity of 91 decibels but the nominal impedance is 4 ohms. Will the we91 e be suitable or not? I cannot answer the question directly…. Room dimensions, listening preferences, etc…. At 91db and a 4ohm transformer I would like to say, Yes. But I cannot without additional information. |
