De Baer Saphir Turntable with Onyx Tonearm

For sale is a rare De Baer Saphir turntable and Onyx tonearm with adjustable VTA arm base and reference power supply in excellent condition.
De Baer products are made in Switzerland with the highest level of precision and craftsmanship in the industry.  Every part is produced in-house on state-of-the-art CNC machines to exacting tolerances.  Hand assembled before leaving the factory, De Baer turntables and tonearms are designed to last a lifetime.
De Baer's unique decoupling technology using hardened steel ball bearings, provides multiple stages of isolation between motor, plinth, platter and tonearm while maintaining precise alignment of each component.  The non-contact magnetic main bearing eliminates noise and provides the lowest friction.  
The tonearm features magnetic anti-skate adustement and magnetically preloaded precision bearings.  Three pre-tensioned carbon fiber tubes provide high rigidity, low mass, and exceptional internal damping (plus separate shielded paths for left and right channel tonearm wires),
The VTA arm base allows adjustment on the fly with an easy to view indicator making it simple to make small corrections from record to record.
The outboard reference power supply was designed by Cyril Hammer of Soulution (who uses De Baer as his personal reference) and like the Saphir turntable, is made of polished Italian granite and aircraft aluminum.

Please note that the phono cartridge and tonearm cables are not included. The Onyx tonearm has a standard/SME style DIN connector on the bottom.
