Payment & Taxes

For payments made via Credit Card or PayPal, all transactions incur a 3.5% fee. We only ship to your billing address or the PayPal confirmed address. Texas residents are subject to state sales tax.

Returns & Warranty

Our Pre-owned/Demo items are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated. We rigorously test all pre-owned and demo units before sale. If a defect is discovered within ten days of delivery, we will strive to replace the item or, if a suitable replacement is unavailable, refund the purchase price. Sound Sanctuary Austin covers any shipping costs associated with returning a defective product. Return authorization from Sound Sanctuary Austin is required for all returns.

Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty, which could be full or partial, and will be clearly stated in our product listings. For further details on a product's warranty, please contact us directly.

Pre-owned, demo, or discontinued products sold with a warranty can be returned within fifteen days for store credit, minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be approved and issued a return authorization by Sound Sanctuary Austin.

Returned items must be packed and shipped in the same manner they were sent, and all included accessories must also be returned. Failure to comply may result in a reduction of the credit or refund amount. If no defect is verified by our Service Department upon return, a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit or refund.
